We are currently recruiting for Sales Consultant in Cosmetics to join our vibrant team in the newest and most exciting Harvey Nichols Baku Store.

Key Responsibility includes (but is not limited to):

• Successful candidate will be the absolute face with the 25 plus international beauty houses within the unique cosmetics hall at Harvey Nichols Baku
• Representatives will be well-versed in beauty trends and new ideas
• Successful candidates shall be responsible for making sure all staff on their counter are fully equipped with the skills and knowledge expected by the brand and Harvey Nichols
• Knowledge of the beauty industry is a bonus however; successful candidates will be trained to the highest international standard to deliver the best in product knowledge and customer service in the city.
• Maintain a relationship with customers via own data base
• Take ownership of the brand and work closely with our press team to drive maximum sales on the counter
• Senior sales representatives will support to customers by introducing new and exciting lines as soon as they arrive to the market
• Researching consumer markets, monitoring market trends and identifying potential areas in which to invest, based upon consumer needs and spending habits
• Strong sensitivity to the beauty industry, product appreciation
• Previous knowledge of local retail dynamics and the retail environment preferred
• Experience in leading teams to achieve strong results
• Strong presentation/communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire
• Skincare and make-up experience would be beneficial
• Merchandising by the scheme as per brand instructions
• Energetic, positive and willing to move forward in a fast pace environment

Requirements and Skills for this position:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales
• Products knowledge background preferred but not a must
• Builds good relationships with regular customers
• Able to cope with cultural differences
• Excellent language skills: Azeri, and Russian
