We are currently recruiting for HR Assistant to join our vibrant team in the newest and most exciting Harvey Nichols Baku Store.

Key Responsibility includes (but is not limited to):

• Assisting the coordination of HR activities such as compensation, benefits, recruitment, communication, personnel development, training and all employment matters.
• Preparation of employment contracts
• Preparation of orders, instructions and references
• Coordinates recording and filling of information about personnel such as pay scales, absences, training status and termination.
• Maintain Company’s recruiting database,
• Calculates vacation days
• Find out organizational development needs, implements effective solutions
• Updating database of employees, employee personnel files, HR folders
• Payroll preparation
• Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvement.
• Support HR manager and complete all paperwork in line with company policy

Requirements and Skills for this position:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR sphere
• Educational Background: University degree in BA
• Able to cope with cultural differences
• Excellent language skills: Azeri, Russian and English
• Working with Labour Code of Azerbaijan Republic and other legislations related to all HR issues.
• Use  of MS Office applications to a high standard
