Position: Temporary HR Officer  

The successful candidate’s job responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, the following tasks:
 
Create and maintain staff spreadsheets and databases.
Compile and keep personnel files.
Manage Work and Residence Permit for employees and their dependants through Immigration department.
Assist HR Manager in recruitment process.
Arrange medical check-up appointments for overseas staff, keep copies of medical fitness to workcertificates and track their expiry dates.
Monitor staff attendance, track vacations/leave days, and investigate causes for staff absences.
Prepare and check monthly timesheets for expatriate and national staff for payroll.
Update TISA Coordinators allowances spreadsheet, summer and R&R flights allowances lists.
Prepare new and renewal contracts for expatriate staff and distribute them to employees.
Oversee and organize annual trainings for staff (First Aid trainings, HSE trainings etc.)
Update and distribute the list of the school first aiders.
Support the annual Overseas Hires recruitment process by maintaining communication with the new hires and tracking necessary documentation submission.
Act as a contact for staff on TISA Human Resources policies and procedures.
Support HR Manager in other duties as required.
Carry out any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
