Position: Assistant IT Network Manager 

The successful candidate’s job responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, the following tasks:
 
• End user support
• Operating system installation/configuration on workstations
• Software installation/upgrade on workstations
• Configuration/troubleshooting on workstations
• IT equipment (projectors, interactive whiteboards, etc) installation and configuration
• Configuration/connection/troubleshooting of printers, print servers and copiers
• Providing IT support for school events
• Minor computer network installation
• Server support assistance
• Network support assistance
• Backup system support assistance
• Carrying out any other duties that may be assigned by IT Network Manager from time to time
 
Education and/or experience :

• At least bachelor degree in computer science or related field
• Strong working knowledge of PC hardware set-up and configuration
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows XP, Windows 7
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2007, 2010 (Word, Outlook)
• Working knowledge of MAC OS X would be desirable
• Working knowledge of iOS and Android would be desirable
 
Language Skills:
 
English – Intermediate/advanced
