Account Manager will be responsible for Vision care portfolio promotion which includes Contact lenses & Contact Lens Care + Dry Eye Ocular Health products.

List of responsibilities:

• Within these daily activities, he/she is responsible for product detailing & awareness and implementing the approved plan of promotional activity managers, consultants, etc.), pharmacies & pharma chains;

• Checking the availability of our products in pharmacies and optical stores;
• Deal with complaints according to pharmacovigilance procedure and submit all forms (in case there are complaints from customers) ;
• Implementation of promotional activities within 3rd-party eventstables;
• Implementation of promotional activities within 3rd-party events;
• Database management;
• Within these daily activities, he/she is responsible for product detailing & awareness and implementing the approved plan of promotional activity;

Skills and Competencies:

• Daily visits: planning and management;
• Presentation, professional, and interpersonal communication skills
• Intermediate level of English;
• Ability to comprehend knowledge of ophthalmological topics, product information, and promotion of pharmaceutical and medical device products;
• Owning an MS Office program package;
• Skills in organizing and conducting educational and promotional events for HCPs;
• Valid driver's license and driving experience.

Experience and Education:

• Higher education, medical/pharmaceutical/biological/economical;
• Successful proven experience in promotion activity in the pharmaceutical or medical devices area;
• Experience in medical representative, key account manager role, or similar position of at least 2 years.
