Field Force Manager

The main objective of work:

- Effective management, training, coordination and activities control of Regional Managers (hereinafter referred to as “RM”), ensuring the expansion of the Company’s customers’ medicines used and creation of Company’s customers’ positive image in the Republic of Azerbaijan.
- Raising efficacy and productivity of RM activity and their teams; transmission of annual objectives into team priorities.
- Monitoring and analysis of team work on the set territory.
- Providing prompt and complete team adaptation to the changeable external conditions of work on the territory.

Field Force Manager should know:

• Management technologies used in the Company;
• Business ethics;
• Applicable accounting and reporting forms;
• Methods of data processing using modern technical means of communication and connection, computer programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Internet).
• English language (translation from/to, communicative skills).
• Internal rules;
• Regulations of work safety, safety technics, sanitation, fire safety.

Field Force Manager reports directly to the Director of the Company, in financial matters – to the Chief Accountant or accounting department employees.
