HR Coordinator

Position Responsibilities:

  • Compiling and updating employee records, including hard and soft copies;
  • Registration of documents entering and leaving legal entithy in accordance with clerical rules, preparation for handing over to the archive,
  • Providing clerical and administrative support to HR executives; 
  • Entering the required data into EMAS and ERP system;
  • Entering information about medical examination of employees into the ERP system;
  • Submitting and signing the required documents to newly employed and dismissed employees;
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel;
  • Support other assigned functions..

What qualifications the candidate need to possess:

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in similar area;
  • Hands-on experience with EMAS system;
  • Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations;
  • Full understanding of HR functions;
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, 1С)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani, English and/or Russian: good.
