Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategy for achieving company objectives;
  • Achieve and exceed defined sales targets with a continuous passion for delivering results; 
  • Lead, motivate, coach sales team to maximize their performance;
  • Establish strong and productive relationships with key customers, internal & external stakeholders;
  • Analyze market trends and competitive scope to identify opportunities for growth;
  • Proactively adapt sales strategy and tactics according to market and industry developments;
  • Develop actionable insights from available market information;
  • Continuously assess and improve sales operations in terms of efficiency and outcome;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with functions such as Marketing, Logistics, Finance, serve as the primary point of contact for all sales-related initiatives;
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, innovation within sales team as well as result-oriented environment for achieving individual and collective success.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • 7+ years of work experience in the food & beverage production industry;
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within FMCG industry;
  • Experience across all sales channels (modern trade, traditional trade, HORECA, wholesales, etc.);
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills;
  • Result-oriented mindset with a passion to achieve and exceed targets;
  • Analytical & problem solving skills;
  • Strategical thinking abilities and multi-tasking skills;
  • Strong team leadership skills.
