Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement trade marketing plans for achieving company objectives;
  • Translate marketing and brand strategies to into action plans across all channels;
  • Create and manage promotional programs that engage and motivate trade customers;
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, consumer insight and translate into growth plans;
  • Lead and inspire Trade Marketing team of the organization;
  • Oversee the management of trade marketing budget and allocate resources with the focus on ROI;
  • Collaborate with relevant functions in order to ensure effective information flow;
  • Establish strong business relationship with key stakeholders for achieving mutual business objectives with collaboration – including retailers and business partners;
  • Perform regular tracking and analysis of trade marketing initiatives, develop action plans for continuous improvement;
  • Drive forecast planning at channel /customer / SKU level.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • 5+ years of work experience in the food and beverage production with at least 2 years at Trade Marketing Manager or above level;
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills;
  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills;
  • Strategical thinking abilities;
  • Result-oriented mindset;
  • Efficient team management skills.
