Reporting and Budgeting Specialist

Major responsibilities:

  • Preparation of monthly and annual Financial Statements
  • Carrying out analytical analysis of financial statements on a monthly basis
  • Participate in the external audit process and provision of information to external auditors
  • Assist in monitoring and analysis of annual budget execution
  • Comparative analysis of budget reports and reporting of significiant changes at the end of each reporting period
  • Contribute to the execution and delivery of any activities as and when required to ensure the continuity of work in the absence of other colleagues
  • Assist the Senior Budgeting and Reporting specialist with all accounting matters as requested

Qualifications & experience required:

  • Bachelor or master degre in Finance, accounting and etc.
  • Experience: min.1 year 
  • Knowledge of languages: Azerbaijan – native, English  - good, Russian - preferrable
  • MS Office: high level and design programs understanding

Other skills:

  • Knowledge of International Financial reporting standarts (minimum ACCA Papers: F2, F3 and F7)
  • Excellent business judgement, analytical and decision-making skills
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
  • Strong self-discipline and deadline culture
