Store Management:

  • Execute retail store operations adhering to IQOS Direct Retail Stores Operations Guidebook, including, but not limited to inventory management, store readiness (timely opening and closing), store presentation standards and staff management.
  • Ensure delivery of set KPI targets, focusing primarily on conversion of adult smokers
  • Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks.
  • Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training.
  • Conducts regular team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations.
  • Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines.
  • Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality, guideline compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor team performance by conducting regular assessments and feedback sessions. 
  • End-to end communication with different functions to align Omni channel communication.
  • Be involved in different projects (Festival, Winter or Summer Projects)
  • Informs Call center agents about necessary information (available sales or warranty stock etc.)
  • Ensures that all sales activities are compliant with PMI NCA code of practice and local regulatory requirements.

Mentoring and guidance:

  • Manage and develop retail store team e.g., staff recruitment and scheduling, performance management and achieving high staff retention rate.
  • HR Administrative Tasks (Planning of working shifts, Vacations, Working Hours Control, Prepare Agreements for new employees.)
  • Implement and motivate staff with different team buildings and/or motivational programs.
  • Communicate with different third parties about above mentioned.
  • Manage and develop feedbacks of the staff, to improve customer service skills.

Providing memorable customer experiences:

  • Support store team where required and engage with adults who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products to ensure the delivery of the desired retail experience.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of retail experience or similar service-led customer care experience
  • A minimum of 2 years managing a retail store or retail team
  • Written and verbal English and Russian language knowledge
  • Intermediate operational knowledge of retail and business systems (e.g., POS, inventory management, MS Office etc.)
  • University Degree / Diploma or further education qualification is advantage.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional consumer experience and KPI targets is advantage.
  • Proven ability to adapt to challenges whilst maintaining composure in a fast-paced retail environment is advantage.

Skills:

  • Proven ability to develop a team and individual talent.
  • Proven ability to network and established public relations skill.
