 Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Chairman of BoD and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain Chairman of BoD schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel logistics.
  • Handle incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and inquiries, and respond promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, such as drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and conducting research.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and special events, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
  • Provide general administrative support to the executive team and other departments as needed.
  • Manage and coordinate all administrative activities, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
  • Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences, including scheduling, logistics, and catering.
  • Manage office communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Handle general office management tasks such as ordering supplies and coordinating office maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or administrative specialist.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Fluent English and Russian languages
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and tasks.
