Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their suitability for open positions.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Manage HR-related documentation and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support HR initiatives such as performance management and employee engagement programs.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
- Manage and coordinate all administrative activities, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
- Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences, including scheduling, logistics, and catering.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and requests professionally and promptly.
- Manage office communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Handle general office management tasks such as ordering supplies and coordinating office maintenance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with employment law and regulations.
- Min 2 years of experience in HR and Administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and 1C (8.3).
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
