Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their suitability for open positions.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Manage HR-related documentation and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support HR initiatives such as performance management and employee engagement programs.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration. 
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
  • Manage and coordinate all administrative activities, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
  • Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences, including scheduling, logistics, and catering.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and requests professionally and promptly.
  • Manage office communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Handle general office management tasks such as ordering supplies and coordinating office maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with employment law and regulations.
  • Min 2 years of experience in HR and Administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and 1C (8.3).
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
