Purpose:

Junior procurement specialist will be responsible for supporting the procurement team in various tasks related to the acquisition of goods and services. This role involves assisting in the procurement process, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

 Junior procurement specialist Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

 Junior procurement specialist Responsibilities:

• Assist in the procurement process from requisition to purchase order issuance.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs.
• Research potential suppliers and evaluate their products and services.
• Obtain and compare price quotes, terms, and delivery options from various suppliers.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure accuracy of order details.
• Maintain updated records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies.
• Assist in negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Track and report key procurement metrics to evaluate performance.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and new products.
• Other procurement related tasks.

Terms and Conditions:

• Location close to the city center.
• 5/7 working days.
• 09.00 a.m.-06.00 p.m. working hours (including 1 hour for lunch).
• Fixed salary.
