Cost Analysis:

  • Conduct cost analysis and market research to support informed procurement decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and finance, to understand procurement needs.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to facilitate a smooth procurement process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist, preferably in the marine or maritime industry.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools for procurement and documentation.
