Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to coordinate the HS&E team’s activities, including preparation of monthly reports, materials for meetings and presentations.
• Provide administrative support to all members of the QHSE Team in all aspect of their work.
• Coordinate the preparation of the Quarterly QHSE Newsletter, and organize distribution once approved.
• Support in preparation of incident report.
• Following and improving document control procedures.
• Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards.
• Timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents.
• To update Master list and keeping the follow up process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required.
• 1 year working experience in related areas.
• Good knowledge of English language.
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management skills, detail oriented and well-organized.
