- University degree or high scholl degree, preferable from Mechanial Engineering, Mining, Business Administration
- Unexperienced or 2 yrs sales experience preferable in related fields
- Driver licence
- English speaking and writing is preferable
- Ready to work out side of the office by visiting customers in their office, or job site (like mining areas, stone quarries, building and infra-sturcture construction sites)
- Self motivated with a drive to exceed targets and a commitment to continous learning
- Ability to comprehend and communicate technical aspects of construction equipment products
- Confortable with customer visits
- Ready to work over time by visiting customer
- Social character and adaptable to different segments of the society.
