Job Requirements:

Higher education in economics (finance, accounting and similar faculties)
Minimum. 5 years of experience in the specified position
Ability to work well in MS Office and 1C programs.
Excellent knowledge of the Tax Code
Knowledge of local accounting legislation.
Preference will be given to candidates who have an international accounting certification (ACCA, ACA) or are currently working towards certification.
Must have knowledge of procedures for preparing and filing official reports.
Ability to work with electronic portals
Perfect knowledge of the Azerbaijani language and Russian (English is desirable)
Ability to communicate, express thoughts

Job Responsibilities:

Making payments to bank accounts;
Preparation of tax reports, DSMF reports, statistical reports and submission to relevant institutions;
Processing of electronic invoices for overhead costs;
Accounting for fixed assets and calculation of depreciation;
Ensure the maintenance of bank account, balance sheet and expense report;
Strict control of settlements with debtors and creditors;
Ensuring timely and correct execution of all payroll transactions in accordance with the payroll period;
Conducting payroll calculations and preparing reports;
Ability to use the portals “online-karguzarlıq” and “e-qaimə”;
Taking measures to prevent damage to the enterprise, financial, tax, economic, and legal violations.
Organize the storage, protection and transfer of accounting documents to the archive within the established time frame.
Preparation of financial statements;
Carrying out an inventory report;
Responding to requests from employees regarding issues related to their duties;
Maintaining data confidentiality in the work process;
Carrying out other instructions from management that cover his work.
