Duties and Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing purchasing strategies to optimize cost savings, supplier performance, and overall supply chain efficiency;
• Leading vendor selection and negotiation processes to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and strategic partnerships;
• Conducting in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, new suppliers, and innovative product offerings within beauty category;
• Collaborate with other departments, including sales and operations, to ensure adequate inventory levels and timely delivery of products and supplies;
• Monitoring market conditions, global trade dynamics, and regulatory changes to proactively address potential risks and optimize sourcing strategies;
• Establishing and maintaning strong relationships with key suppliers, conducting supplier performance evaluations, and implemting supplier development initiatives.

Knowledge:

• Language skills: having a high level of knowledge in Russian and English languages;
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools;
• 3+ years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management, preferably in a distribution environment.

Skills:

• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working; 
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities;
• Ability to work in a team.
