Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results. Well understanding on segment of market and develop sales plans.
  • Manage the selling process to external customers, including pricing and contract negotiations.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing, maintain and execute sales plan; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products and services.
  • Maintain relationships with new and existing customers and participate in sales calls. Schedule and visit potential customers for new business. Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of company relationship with them.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; represent company by participating in professional societies, business forums, exhibitions, etc. Prepare company introduction and presentations.
  • To respond to incoming queries and ensures the resolution. Provide customers with commercial proposals and quotations. Negotiation of the rates and improve service levels.
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
  • Manage, develop, coach and control the sales force to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales targets and KPI targets are met.
  • Formulation of the overall Division Strategy, ensuring delivery of Revenue, Profit Growth
  • Study existing competitors and for the newer strategies.
  • Responsible for the Budget, Feasibility modeling, P&L, Business Plan, Reporting and general management of sales related activities.
  • Perform data management applying a combination of data mining, data modeling, and data analysis; cost/benefit analysis and/or problem analysis.
  • Estimate costs for new business opportunities such as Capex, Opex, construction, etc. costs.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining cost estimate, forecast and cost models.
  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  • Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Candidate must be a self-starter and have a proven track record in achieving significant growth.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting, monthly KPIs and forecasts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by company CEO.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in related field preferably within logistics operations or 5+ years’ B2B sales experience. MS’s and/or BA diploma. Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, customer service and time management skills. Ability to work with little or no supervision. Understanding of freight forwarding/logistics operations requirements. Knowledge of HSE safety guidelines and practices. Knowledge and proficient implementation skills in software tools such as Microsoft Office and other database applications specifically in Microsoft Power Point, MS Excel, Power BI, Excellent presentation skills.
  • Negotiation, planning, budget developing, analytical skills is essential. Ability to use project management tools. Experience in freight forwarding and logistics operations will be considered as advantage. Good team skills to be able to work with others. Ability to fully carry out instructions. Multitasking ability. Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal skills are required for /effective interface with all internal and external contacts.
