                Qualifications and Education Requirements:
	- Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field within Operations manager.
 
	- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
 
	- MS’s and/or BA diploma in Business administration, finance, economy or equivalent.
 
	- Excellent organizational, analytical, customer service and time management skills.
 
	- Knowledge of HSE safety guidelines and practices.
 
	- Knowledge and proficient implementation skills in software tools such as Microsoft Office and other database applications specifically in MS Excel.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
	- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
 
	- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
 
	- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
 
	- Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
 
	- Resolve any arising problems or complaints
 
	- Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
 
	- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
 
	- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
 
	- Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
 
	- Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
 
	- Arrange daily operational workshops, necessary induction and instruction meetings with subordinates.
 
 
Preferred Skills:
	- Experience in logistics operations will be considered as advantage.
 
	- Good team skills to be able to work with others.
 
	- Multitasking ability.
 
	- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and negotiation skills are required for effective interface with all internal and external contacts.
 
	- 3PL provider, warehouse / logistics operations within FMCG industry will be for advantage.
