Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field within Operations manager.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
MS’s and/or BA diploma in Business administration, finance, economy or equivalent.
Excellent organizational, analytical, customer service and time management skills.
Knowledge of HSE safety guidelines and practices.
Knowledge and proficient implementation skills in software tools such as Microsoft Office and other database applications specifically in MS Excel.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
Resolve any arising problems or complaints
Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
Arrange daily operational workshops, necessary induction and instruction meetings with subordinates.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in logistics operations will be considered as advantage.
Good team skills to be able to work with others.
Multitasking ability.
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and negotiation skills are required for effective interface with all internal and external contacts.
3PL provider, warehouse / logistics operations within FMCG industry will be for advantage.

Additional Notes:

Ability to work under operational pressure, build supportive team. Knowledge of cross docking and entire warehouse operations.
