Requirements:
- The appointed to the position of Business Analyst a person with a higher education in the relevant.
- Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Programmer-Analyst in large or medium IT implementations of enterprise software applications;
- Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience in owning business analysis activities of a domain or analysis area (set of features of functionality) of platform implementations;
Business Analyst skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities;
- Superior presentation and negotiation skills;
- Strong management and organizational skills;
- Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments;
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business analysis, business administration, finance or related field.
Professional’s skills:
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, Functional designer, Systems analyst;
- Experience with Agile (Scrum);
- Effective collaboration skills with the project team and all levels of management;
- Excellent communication skills – both written and oral;
- Teamwork and relationship building skills;
- Must have a comprehensive understanding of and experience working in an Agile environment, applied knowledge of SDLC and software development methodologies, and requirements management tools;
- Must have an understanding of SQL and principles of relational databases;
- Must have experience in the analysis of business processes and commonly used analysis techniques (e.g., Use Cases, User Stories, Flow Diagrams, etc.);
- Must have excellent planning, communication, documentation (writing requirements), organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities;
- Preferred experience in managing other business analysts (i.e., managing day to day activities, providing support, coaching) in at least one implementation project end-to-end, including, being accountable for planning and execution, status reporting of analysis activities in the domain;
- Preferred experience with the object, process, or data modeling and object-oriented application development;
- Ability to identify relevant trends, do follow-up analysis, prepare visualizations using internal systems, and keep up to date with technical and industry developments;
- Ability to adapt to change quickly.
Business Analyst Responsibilities:
The Business Analyst performs the following process operations:
- The Business Analyst performs hands-on business analysis activities by understanding client business needs and through a detailed analysis process transforms them into detailed functional requirements;
- Work with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to capture and document business requirements both at a high and detailed level;
- Develop detailed wireframes, use cases, and other specifications to be used during the implementation, testing, and maintenance of a feature;
- Ensure effective requirement and specification handover to the development team;
- Support the team on day-to-day basis by clarifying detailed questions about the requirements;
- Improve the quality by reviewing related test cases before a feature is implemented and doing a high-level functional verification of the implemented features;
- Participate in scope planning, backlog estimation, and slicing;
- Use commonly applied business analysis tools & techniques and expertise to elicit, analyze, document, and obtain sign-off on the functional and business requirements;
- Analyze current / future states of client business processes and perform gap analysis against capabilities and produce necessary requirements to address the needs;
- Collaborate with the Agile teams through the project lifecycle to drive the implementation of the software product to meet client business needs;
- Assume ownership of analysis activities in a specific area or business domain including planning program iterations, and reporting on status, risks, and issues;
- Closely collaborate with architects and developers on daily basis and assist in solution design activities for complex requirements;
- Support, coach, or lead other business analysts depending on the need and nature of the initiative;
- Educate Product Owners & Clients in our implementation process and coach them in capabilities to make them efficient team members;
- Promote best Business Analysis ethic and practices within the team and the company;
- Catch on to the needs and expectations of the customer;
- Elaborate and offer the most appropriate solutions for customers in close cooperation with sales, development, and infrastructure teams;
- Design and agree with the customer on solution requirements and design specifications;
- Design technical specifications;
- Participate in project implementation tasks as a functionality supervisor.
Terms and Conditions:
- 5/7 working days;
- 09.00 a.m.-06.00 p.m. working hours (including 1 hour for lunch);
- Fixed salary.
