                Key Responsibilities:
	- Portfolio Governance: Establish and maintain portfolio governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to effectively manage the digital project portfolio.
 
	- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to understand organizational goals and objectives. Ensure that the digital project portfolio is aligned with the company's strategic vision.
 
	- Portfolio Planning: Lead the planning and prioritization of digital projects. Evaluate project proposals, assess resource requirements, and make data-driven decisions on project inclusion.
 
	- Resource Allocation: Manage resource allocation across digital projects to maximize efficiency and optimize resource utilization.
 
	- Risk Management: Identify and assess risks within the digital project portfolio. Implement risk mitigation strategies and escalate critical issues to senior management as needed.
 
	- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the progress and success of digital projects. Provide regular performance reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
 
	- Project Reviews: Conduct periodic portfolio reviews to assess the health of individual projects and the overall portfolio. Identify opportunities for improvement and take corrective actions when necessary.
 
	- Vendor Management: Oversee vendor relationships and contracts related to digital projects. Ensure compliance with agreements and service level agreements.
 
	- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding the status, progress, and outcomes of digital projects. Foster transparent communication and manage expectations effectively.
 
	- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Digital PMO, implementing best practices, process improvements, and lessons learned from completed projects.
 
	- Budget Management: Collaborate with finance and project managers to monitor project budgets and ensure financial accountability.
 
	- Talent Development: Foster the professional growth and development of the Digital PMO team members, providing coaching and mentorship as needed.
 
Qualifications and Skills:
	- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
 
	- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Portfolio Manager or in a similar role within a Digital PMO environment.
 
	- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, portfolio management techniques, and best practices in digital project execution.
 
	- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, resource allocation, and risk management within a project portfolio.
 
	- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
 
	- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
 
	- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
 
	- Experience in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
 
	- Familiarity with Agile and other project management methodologies is preferred.
 
	- Certification in project management (e.g., SCRUM, PMP) and portfolio management is a plus.
