Your responsibilities as Products and services specialist:

• Portfolio and design solutions to meet customer needs/increase revenue
• To identify customer behaviors and needs
• To support Product Team in shaping Product vision, preparing product Roadmap
• Monitoring of relevant trends of local and international markets
• Development of innovative and new business streams (FMC, VoD and etc.)
• Tracking Portfolio across sales channels and setting KPI’s to reach business goals
• Continuously Monitoring of Fixed Products and Services commercial KPIs
• Planning, forecasting, distribution and re-distribution of expenses and costs
• E2E project management
• Driving a continuous improvement in processes

Position requirements:

• Higher Education in Telecommunications, Management, Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields of study
• At least 1 year work experience in Product related position preferably in related industry
• Fluent Azerbaijani and English skills and knowledge of the Russian language is an advantage
• Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel)
