Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting and Business Management;
  • 3-5 work experience in the relevant field;
  • Work experience in an agricultural or manufacturing oriented company is desirable;
  • Azerbaijani (excellent), English (good), Russian (good);
  • ACCA, CIMA certificates;

Job description:

  • Preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly and annual management reports and consolidated reports;
  • Controlling the submission of reports on the strategic activity of the enterprise;
  • Leading the preparation of annual IFRS reports and disclosures;
  • Providing advice on setting up the enterprise's accounting process and recommendations on writing rules and procedures;
  • Controlling the creation and proper preparation of appropriate resources at the enterprise level
  • Close cooperation with external and internal auditors;
  • Management of the evaluation process of fixed assets and other assets;
  • Preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts, preparation and submission of the report on deviations from the budget;
  • Preparation of template forms of budget and financial statements, implementation of appropriate measures for automation;
  • Providing recommendations on cost optimization;
  • Checking the compliance of orders with the budget;
  • Controlling the implementation of payments in accordance with rules and procedures;
  • Providing recommendations on attracting financial resources and responding to requests for funds
  • Writing rules and procedures to strengthen control mechanisms;
  • Preparing and monitoring the implementation of the action plan for the elimination of inconsistencies that emerged during audit inspections;
  • Establishing mutual relations with the relevant structural units regarding the functional activity of the department;
  • Taking measures to eliminate the reasons that prevent him from performing his functional duties;
  • Making relevant proposals to the management in order to improve its activity, as well as the work of its department;
  • Performance of other work on reporting, budgeting and financial control.
