Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap for the sportsbook product, aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
• Gather and analyze user feedback, utilizing data-driven insights to drive product enhancements and optimizations.
• Work closely with development teams to define user stories, provide clear product requirements, and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Lead product planning and release activities, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and coordinating product launches.
• Act as a subject matter expert on sportsbook industry trends, regulations, and best practices, staying up to date with the latest market developments.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor product performance, track key metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent).
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in the sports betting or game of chance industry.
• Strong understanding of sportsbook operations, betting markets, and industry regulations.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable product features.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong project management abilities, with experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and working with development teams.
• Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and driving product innovation.
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and methodologies is a plus.
