Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with the company’s goals to guide the team and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research, analysis, and calculations to document, define and prioritize requirements for product development and enhancement.
- Drive a customer-centric mindset & CustDev within the squad, ensuring all features and changes are aligned with improving user journeys — for both internal and external customers.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements specific to claim process, by acting as the liaison between business and technical teams.
- Lead the product lifecycle using Agile methodologies, manage the product backlog, prioritize features, enhancements, and technical debt, ensuring successful and timely product delivery.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: from discovery and requirement gathering to testing, release, and post-launch support.
- Track and monitor product business metrics to achieve results aligned with company goals.
- Translate business requirements into actionable user stories, collaborating with business users and technical teams to clarify specifications and create comprehensive documentation.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, analysis related to the product.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience, preferably with exposure to product management of digital solutions.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms and technologies.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
- Proficiency in project management and budgeting.
Skills & knowledge:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Technical proficiency in relevant tools and platforms.
- Proficiency in business flow drafting and process mapping.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools, such as Jira, Confluence to facilitate workflows, task tracking, and documentation.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with API design, data workflows, and system integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Postman or Swagger for API testing and specification review. Ability to independently explore and test endpoints, simulate business scenarios, and support dev/QA teams in API-driven environments.
- Understanding of web technologies, familiarity with mobile app development principles and software development life cycle processes.
- Understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile/scrum environments.
