Key Accountabilities:

• To carry out the accounting of goods, material reserves and fixed assets, to ensure that transactions related to their movement are reflected in accounting
• After the end of the reporting month, receiving the report on the material warehouse, finished product warehouse and the relevant supporting documents, performing analyzes on the primary documents
• To ensure the processing of purchase documents for goods and materials, to check whether the price and quantity indicators of goods and materials are in accordance with the purchase and sale agreement, order documents to suppliers, to ensure their elimination when inconsistencies are detected
• Changing the paperwork related to the purchase, transfer, return, assembly and disposal of goods and materials in accordance with certain legal acts and accounting standards
• Carrying out warehouse counting and stock control
• To participate in the development and implementation of measures aimed at the timely and correct preparation of financial reports and the efficient use of resources

Position requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field;
• Fluent in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian languages;
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office;
• Flexible in schedule;
• Strong organizational and managerial skills;
• Excellent negotiating and problem-solving skills;
• Being self-disciplined: high level of adherence to the company requirements, such as code of conduct, dress code, etc.
