Key Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders & customers to identify business needs and requirements
- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders & development team, gathering, validating critical information, producing reports
- Challenge ideas and views of stakeholders, performing requirements analysis
- Analyzing business processes, IT systems and data, anticipating requirements, developing optimization & digitalization strategies
- Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement & digitalization
- Effectively communicating insights and requirements to the team of IT software developers
- Performing user acceptance & functional testing, providing feedback
- Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts
- Calculating costs, analyzing business savings & benefits by transforming them into numbers
- Supporting business transition and helping to establish change
- Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures & related documentation
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of initiatives
Requirements & qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
- Strong analytical, conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent documentation skills, experience creating detailed reports and presentations
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Effective stakeholder engagement
- Experience with business process modeling and workflow analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies is a plus
- In-depth business or industry knowledge is a plus
