Supply Chain Coordinator - Oil Products/Downstream Petroleum – Baku

This post requires a dynamic and energetic candidate who is able to manage multiple tasks and work independently, as well as together with a team.  Relevant training and technical skills will be provided after the admission process.

Place:  Baku, Azerbaijan

Salary:  500-700 AZN depending on experience.

Description:  main job functions include but are not limited to:

- Plan, manage and coordinate all activities related to the sourcing and procurement
-Monitor supply chain employee performance
-Contribute to the effective communication process
-Responsibility for managing an extensive portfolio of strategic and diverse supplier relationships on a daily basis, whilst identifying potential growth opportunities

-Managing both warehousing and distribution logistics

-Develop and improve new and current process and management information systems

-Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• At least 1-2 years of working experience in logistics or procurement.
• Good command of English (both written and spoken) and Russian
• Bachelor’s degree in economy, business or other business related field.
• Degree in a foreign country is an asset
• IT Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc)
• Good numerical skills
• Ability to focus attention on details, and ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent time-management, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
