Front-Line Technical Support – Oil Products/Downstream Petroleum - Baku

We require a talented and energetic candidate who is always willing to learn more.  After the admission, full technical training will be provided.

The successful candidate will be responsible for offering technical support to commercial sales team and customers, including company oil products technical guidelines.

Place:  Baku, Azerbaijan

Salary:  500-700 AZN depending on experience.

Description:  main job functions include but are not limited to:

- Provide technical advice based on telephone calls, customer visits and staff queries.
- Evaluate and provide customer dispensing equipment requirements.
- Conduct lubrication surveys for new equipment, new customers or on customer request.
- Conduct internal and external technical training to sales staff customers, distributors and mechanics.
- Support the sales team in tender process and any commercial offer.
- Investigate and resolve lubricants related problems and complaints customers.
- Support Marketing team in promotions and product launches.
- Deliver Technical Customer Value Proposition committed to by business (quality assurance, flushing and filling, open gear, oil condition monitoring, etc.).
-Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in related field.
• Good command of Russian, and upper-intermediate English
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Degree in a foreign country is an asset
• IT Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD and etc)
• You must have good communication, teamwork and analytical skills
• Excellent Math and Technical skills are essential
