Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Conducting HSE related site inspections and incident investigations
  • Developing internal policies, procedures, and processes to improve HSE culture in the company.
  • Timely following HSE legislation and ensuring compliance of the processes.
  • Undertaking risk assessments, identifying potential hazards, and determining ways of reducing risks
  • Conducting HSE Inductions/Trainings to employees and visitors when required
  • Organizing and attending health and safety meetings
  • Compiling statistics, delivering reports
  • Providing health and safety training courses for employees and managers
  • Conducting incident investigations, ensuring proper documentary process of accidents, complaints and cases of ill health

Requirements:

  • At least bachelor’s degree in relevant field 
  • Minimum of 3+ years of work experience in HSE preferably in hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with local HSE standards
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Strong communication, time-management and problem-solving skills

Working conditions:

  • Work place - Bilgah Beach Hotel, Bilgah distr., Galaba str. 94, AZ 1122;
  • Employement as per Labor Legislation;
  • 5 days working week, 2 days off;
  • Transportation is provided by company (Koroglu m/s – Bilgah Beach Hotel - Koroglu m/s);
  • Lunch is provided by company;
  • Mandatory and voluntary medical insurance (Pasha Insurance);
