Requirements:

Higher education;
Customer service experience
Clear oral communication skills without any dialect and pronunciation defect
Knowledge of MS Office programs
Fluent Azeribaijani and Russian, intermediate English language skills

Job Description:

Answering customers’ inquiries according to the related programs;
Making necessary registrations via corresponding programs based on  customers inquiry
Answers to the customer inquiries from the first apply
Treating customers in a polite and patient manner;
Provide customers with product and service information
Fulfillment of job description in compliance with the process, procedures and instructions;
