About the Role:

This role offers ground-level visibility into how the entire company operates from the eyes of the CEO. The successful candidate will contribute, collaborate, and coordinate between different divisions to ensure operations run smoothly. You can expect promotion to the Executive Assistant role within 12-24 months if performance exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO.
  • Handle confidential and non-routine information and facilitate communication between different divisions.
  • Conserve CEO’s time by reading, summarizing and preparing draft emails, letters, documents, and assist with presentations.
  • Attend team meetings as needed, taking detailed and accurate notes during meetings and tracking action items.
  • Anticipate the professional and personal needs of the CEO; plan ahead and be resourceful.
  • Book and manage both professional and personal appointments, commitments, etc.
  • Take ownership and work independently on assigned projects from start to finish.

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of English.
  • Excellent observation and written/oral communication skills.
  • Strong initiative, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work individually and with a team.
  • Ability to work with data and reports.
  • Ability to work accurately and quickly.
  • Proficiency in standard productivity suite (Slack, Zoom, Google Docs/Sheets, Excel, ClickUp/Asana, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Russian.
  • Experience participating in different volunteer programs.
  • Experience in AIESEC.
