Main job duties are outlined below:
- Strong personality to be able to drive the initiatives;
- Ability to start from basics and set up the HSE Standards, Processes and procedures;
- Strong commitments;
- Mobility within Site and between Assets;
- Driving capability is advantage but not essential;
- 3-5 years industry experience as a minimum, ideally in Onshore Oil & Gas fields;
- Previous experience and knowledge in Explosive materials related to perforation is advantage;
- Local HSE regulations knowledge;
- Previous experience working in Site roles, Base HSE management and with Site Manpower and Heavy Equipment is advantage.
