Job Responsibilities:
- Managing employee relations issues;
- Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints, grievances;
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting and terminating; controlling the writing labour books, signing labour contracts;
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees;
- Creating and publishing job ads in various portals; performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates;
- Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks;
- Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process;
- Analyzing job duties and writing job descriptions;
- Participating in preparation of vacation, business trip and other HR related orders;
- Assisting in the development of policies and procedures;
- Coordinate exit process for departing employees;
- Participating in the organization of events and meetings related to HR;
- Overseeing employee attendance;
- Proceed payroll process by calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc.;
- Preparing government reports as to remain in compliance;
- Prepare internal letters as necessary;
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
- University degree;
- At least 3+ years of experience in HR Specialist position;
- Fluent Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages;
- Practical knowledge of EMAS system;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Strong analytic skills and attention to details;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Excellent time management and organizational skills;
