Skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor and/or master's degree in Business Administration or relevant fields
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience
- Self-confident and flexible personality
- Good knowledge and relationship with retail chain stores and distributors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijani, English, Russian languages.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Elaborating the sales strategy and plans
- Coordination of the particular sales region
- Responsibility for the sales financial results
- MPL management (profit and loss and marginal profit calculation)
- Preparing annual sales budget for managing channels distributions
- Planning long-term sales strategy
- Cooperating with marketing team on channel sales forecast for settings qualitative plans
- Preparing annual sales budget and developing plans for key accounts
- Negotiating and implementing commercial conditions
- Leading regional Sales Team
- Market price and competitor’s analysis
