Job Description:

Preparing Business plan, strategy, Budgeting, costing and Manage existing client data base and identify, evaluate, develop and profile new Business opportunities and clients all over GCC and International market Develop strategic alliance with International companies to strengthen the company’s chances of pre-qualifying and succeeding in winning new Contracts. Develop and Maintain data of new tenders, opportunities and client with in the GCC and ensure that the company is registered/ pre-qualified, analyze the data and forecast market trends. Develop and Build relationships with key personnel from existing and New clients. Achieved very good data base of All international companies and major oil, gas, fertilizer, petrochemical companies Etc.

Involved directly in contacting new clients, coordinating with the existing clients for better co- operation and market share.
To find out the market potential for expansion projects, existing plants of oil,Gas,Petrochemical industries existing contracts .
Getting the Prequalification document following of prequalification document, make sure to qualify, collecting of Bid document, attending the site visit, preparing of competitor’s analysis to co-ordinate to prepare competitive bid document follow-up of bid document, Negotiation meeting and finalizing the contract. Looking for the opportunity with international companies’ joint venture or partnership and bid for the big expansion projects.

Good Knowledge in Vision, Mission, Market potential, Market share, market strategy Marketing mix, Marketing information and decision making

Good presentation skill and more innovative


Computer Knowledge :Ms Excel, Ms Work and etc

Good knowledge of sales and marketing in oil and gas industry as well as its best practices and broad base knowledge of core business.
Good customer and employee interpersonal skills.
Perform presentations at regional meetings and to customer basis.
Broad knowledge of oil and gas industry and market

Responsibilities:

Responsible for driving growth in targeted markets and with targeted customers for a fast growing business unit.
Responsible for the identification and development of all new business opportunities within the regional growth. Develop and nurture projects/clients to a stage where they can be moved into an operational phase.
Responsible for collecting and maintaining comprehensive market intelligence including upcoming opportunities, competitor activity and pricing information.
Develops new business opportunities for the Company in the international market.
Ensure involvement on all new development opportunities regardless of origin; subsequently hand over day-to-day responsibilities at the appropriate time.
To keep senior management suitably informed on the progress towards agreed targets
Business Development both face to face and in the office by telephone.Overseas Travel when necessary to establish new business to link regional office for business opportunities.
Implement business strategies in conjunction with other regional departments, to ensure compliance in line with service/contract/client expectations pertaining to new business opportunities.
Conduct monthly, quarterly, bi-annual / annual performance reviews with direct reports
Conduct weekly Sales / KPI Meeting and client progress report
Ensure that the Business Development Team’s sales projections are met
Working within the Company quality processes and procedures

Educational Qualification:

Business Administration
Institute of Management
(Marketing Specialization)
Requirements of the role

•Proven business development manager who is used to working to targets
•Proven track record in sales, business development and winning new business
•Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads
•Show an understanding of the challenges facing the industry at present and illustrate a knowledge of the operational attention to detail that will be required to succeed within the industry
Minimum experience :3-5 years
