Marketing Communications Specialist

Requirements:

• University degree in marketing or relevant disciplines;
• 1+ years of progressive work experience. Advertising agency experience is an advantage;
• Solid knowledge of OOH/IH advertising;
• Fundamental knowledge of Meta Business Suite (adverting)
• Excellent command of the Azerbaijani and Russian languages. 
• English is an advantage.
• Skillset: creativity; project management; planning/coordination; a sense of urgency; attention to detail, accountability.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring all the advertisings on billboards, interactive monitors, displays, transports, bus stops, store facade as well as constructions are designed and implemented within deadlines;
• Collaborating with suppliers and vendors to ensure proper execution of the campaigns, negotiating the best prices, and preparing the reports of the completed tasks;
• Coordinating the design & distribution of promotional material in all the offline channels;
• Regularly follow the trends in the advertising industry, come up with creative offers to the agencies 
• Making sure that all the payment orders, documentation, and vendor compensation reports are done on time and correctly.
• Cooperating with foreign office to manage the company journal’s publishing procedures, making all necessary controls.
• Being in contact with foreign office to help them out with online advertising placement, make all necessary reportings.
