Job Title: Trade Marketing Database Coordinator

Location:  Baku, Azerbaijan

• To assist in developing and supporting implementation of Trade Coverage Plan,
•  to achieve brand and company objectives of volume, market share, distribution, target consumer communication, ensuring activities implementation through cycle planning process in line with Brand and Trade Marketing strategies.

Principal Accountabilities

 Develop Trade Coverage Plan:
 Ensure Trade Coverage Plan is reflected into the system (Optimum) & updated on regular basis
 Management of the following System Reports on Regular Basis – ensure required information captured, analyzed, compiled & subsequent reports are circulated to the relevant people on regular basis:
 Management of the following System Reports on Irregular basis – Pricing, Facing, ISF maintenance, Incentives, Activity based, Add Hoc & Any Others
 Collate & analyse data (Reports) on market dynamics, trends and competition on regular basis & provide regular update to Marketing community & input to cycle planning process
 Coordinate monitoring POS Materials compliance to IMS II on regular basis.
 Obtain & analyse warehouse inventory reports on Monthly basis.
 liaison with Retail Planning Executives & Marketing Finance on regular basis & update Caucasus monthly BTE Tracker, propose any reallocation (if there is the need) & highlight any deviation (overspend, underspend) versus the plan
 Active participation in all Trade Development & Information related presentations, discussions & status meetings
 To pay regular market visits to understand BAT & the competition brands’ performance, specifics of the trade marketing & BAT-Distributor way of working

Knowledge, Skill & Experience

 Minimum 1 year experience on executive role in FMCG company
 University degree
 Experience and/or degree in Marketing is highly appreciated
 Good command of written and spoken English
 Good reporting & analytical skills
 Sound computer skills – Lotus Notes, Excel, Word, Power Point
 Good communication skills, team-oriented, good influencing skills
