Requirements:
Higher education;
At least 1 year work experience in Customer Service Area;
Good MS Office skills;
Knowledge of languages: Azerbaijani and Russian – fluent, English - pre-intermediate level;
Free of military obligation;
Work places: Baku, Shamakhi, Sumgayit, Aghjabadi, Salyan, Siyazan, Bilasuvar, Jalilabad, Guba cities.

Job Description:
Sales/Registration of numbers and providing services through point of sale according to internal procedures and rules reflected in appropriate documents and programs (Intranet, KPI, FAQ);
Maintaining detailed knowledge of products and services presented by Azerfon;
Presenting goods and services on strict correspondence of Brand book and instructions of Sales department;
Ensuring high standard sales and services to customers;
Accepting & recording customers’ complaints & offers;
Preparing daily subscriber requests and action reports;
Resolving customers` complaints regarding sales and service;
Monitoring POS materials availability in the shop and informing office employees on the needs;
Shop stock refilling (Timely ordering and delivering ordered materials) and ensuring security of materials;
