Key responsibilities:

  • Participate in preparation of the company’s annual budget;
  • Participate in preparation of the company’s strategy;
  • Gather and analyze financial data from various sources to develop forecasts;
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making processes;
  • Monitor and report on strategy implementation/strategic initiatives on monthly basis;
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends and market change;
  • Monitor organization's performance by tracking key performance indicators and identifying areas of concern;
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment of business strategies and financial plans;
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports to management.

Required skills:

  • Bachelor or master degree in Finance, Economics and related fields;
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze complex financial data;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
  • Knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.

Candidates with experience in budgeting will be preferred.
