Requirements

Higher education;
At least 1 year of experience in administrative field;
AdvancedMS Office skills;
Knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages(fluent);

Roles & Responsibilities:

Greeting, assisting and directing visitors and Company guests;
Receiving, re-directing and routing all telephone calls as appropriate and take messages when required;
Managing correspondence and communications by telephone and fax;
Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail and faxes;
Processing, registration of incoming and outgoing documents;
Collecting and distributing parcels, transmitting and delivery facsimiles;
Receiving and dispatching letters, telegrams and parcels by post;
Ensure that all public areas are clean and properly outfitted;
Coordinating and registering outgoing courier packages;
Performing tasks like typing, filling and binding, photocopying and laminating;
Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information;
Oversees the use of the fax machine, photocopier and other office equipment;
Troubleshooting, keeping them in order;
Documentation and letters preparing for department;
Sending requests to Help Desk;
Supporting Admin department and performing other tasks as required;
Assisting staff as required;
Performing other related duties as required;
