Responsibilities:
- Advertise open roles on various channels including job boards, professional social networks and company’s careers page
- Assist with sourcing candidates using a variety of methods (including social media and referrals)
- Reach out to potential candidates and build network for future job opportunities (for example via LinkedIn)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, team members and hiring managers
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience
- Manage candidate data in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, such as preparing documents, conducting reference checks, and assisting with onboarding
- Provide regular reports on recruiting metrics and progress to HR leadership
- Host or participate in job fairs
- Promote our company as a great place to work
- Updating Interview and Vacancy database
Requirements:
- Higher education (desirable in Management, Social Sciences, or Psychology)
- Knowledge & understanding of HR functions (compensation & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acqusition
- Language skills (Azesrbaijani, English, Russian - excellent level)
Personal qualities:
- Good time management skills with the ability to juggle various open positions
- Analytical thinking
- Ability to communicate
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Work condition:
- Working hours: from 09:00 till 18:00
- Rest days: Saturday and Sunday
- Lunch provided by company
