Job title: Foreman (Növbə rəisi)

Net Salary: 1200-1350AZN

Workplace: Plant in Balakhani

Condition: Office is in administrative building attached to the Plant.

Shift base Working hours:

Normal shift from 8:00 to 17:00
First shift: 08:00-16:30
Second shift: 16:00-00:30
Third shift: 00:00-08:30

Requirements:        

Minimum 5 years of experience in technical field 
Fluency in English 
Ability to manage people (4 employees)
Experience in production is preferable
Managerial experience is preferable

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Supervise and monitor the execution of operational functions on the Plant.
    Control of Operations Personnel.
    In the absence of Plant Manager/Operations Manager, take responsibility for all aspects relating to the Plant.
    Ensure safe working practices and Health and safety policies are adhered to.
       
KEY TASKS

    Control and monitor the reliable and economic generation of steam and distribution of steam and electricity. Reporting operational quality of performance, consideration being given to the optimisation of combustion and of the thermodynamic cycle to achieve maximum efficiency of the Plant under all conditions.
    Control and monitor the deliveries of consumable stock and spares items to the Plant in a safe and effective manner.
    Manage the operations team to fulfil the execution of duties to maintain efficient running of the Plant.
    Motivate and encourage personnel to accept personal responsibility, increase their productivity and produce work of high quality, and contribute to the annual appraisal process.
    Assist in the induction and training of new employees.
