Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and programs that drive customer acquisition and retention within our local grocery store network
- Collaborate with local store owners to identify and prioritize marketing initiatives that drive sales and increase customer engagement
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Analyze sales data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
- Work with the product team to develop and implement promotions and product launches that drive customer excitement and engagement
- Work with the digital marketing team to develop and execute online campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention
- Develop relationships with key partners, vendors, and industry influencers to build brand awareness and drive customer engagement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or related field
- Experience working with local businesses in the retail or grocery industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing automation software
