Responsibilities:
- To register the incoming tender offers, quotations and organize their maintenance accordingly
- Receiving price offers from supplier companies, conducting a comparative analysis of the offers and presenting the optimal offer to the management
- Collection of required documents and submission for execution
- Preparation of tender and quotation protocols
- Manage day-to-day operations by placing orders with trading partners
- Researching and identifying potential suppliers
- Preparation of purchase orders
- Negotiation with customers / customer service
Requirements:
- Engineering degree
- Knowledge of Hydraulic tools & equipment
- 3+ years, sales operations, consulting or analytics
- Upper intermediate in Russian and English languages
- Microsoft Office applications
- Advanced MS Excel is a must
- Responsible, accurate, diligent and ability to work with a team
Additional Information:
- The salary is determined according to the knowledge and skills of the candidate based on the interview
- Work schedule: 5 days per week
