Job description:

  • Overseeing general office operation,
  • Greeting visitors, answering a high-volume of incoming phone calls (zoom call) and delivering world-class service to our customers,
  • Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules,
  • Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching our office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity,
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations,
  • Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels,
  • Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts,
  • Creating presentations and other management-level reports,
  • Work schedule: 5 days on weekdays (09:00 - 18:00),
  • The salary will be determined according to the knowledge and skills of the candidate.

Qualification and skills:

  • A bachelor degree or equivalent,
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration,
  • Office management experience, time management skills
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in azerbaijani, english and russian,
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment,
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Salary: 1000 AZN
