Job description:
- Overseeing general office operation,
- Greeting visitors, answering a high-volume of incoming phone calls (zoom call) and delivering world-class service to our customers,
- Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules,
- Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching our office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity,
- Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations,
- Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels,
- Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts,
- Creating presentations and other management-level reports,
- Work schedule: 5 days on weekdays (09:00 - 18:00),
- The salary will be determined according to the knowledge and skills of the candidate.
Qualification and skills:
- A bachelor degree or equivalent,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration,
- Office management experience, time management skills
- Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in azerbaijani, english and russian,
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment,
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Salary: 1000 AZN
