Media Relations Specialist

Requirements

Higher Education
Minimum 3 years of work experience in Media Field 
Experienced in media, journalism, project management
Experience in writing documents in Azerbaijani, English and Russian; ability to make summaries and content analysis;
Local media expirience is a must, international expirience will be an advantage
Proven knowledge of local Media, skills in writing Media-related documents;
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel)
Excellent Azerbaijani, fluent English and Russian;
Friendly with offis equipment;

Roles & Responsibilities:

Writing and editing in-house magazines, case studies, speeches, articles, annual reports and other publications in Azerbaijani, Russian and English as requested by the supervisor;
Draft speeches on behalf of Chief Executives, supervise company media archives;
Collecting and analyzing media coverage;
Researching, writing and distributing media materials;
Preparation of a brief on weekly/monthly hot issues; Preparation of weekly Media Digest;
Proposition of the proper training courses or books/internet sources which can enrich Unit’s library and increase understanding of the modern Media trends; 
Proposition of strategies, ideas, new tools, mechanisms of the work with Media;
Run the project without supervision and ‘follow-up’ reminders;
Provision of reports or requested info in time;
Participation in negotiations with Media on prices, terms and conditions of Media Placement according to defined budget and Media Strategy;
Assist to Line Manager(s) in Preparing, managing and controlling the Media Budget;
Assist to Line Manager(s) and to cooperate with contractor(s) in undertaking research and media data analysis using special industry tools and resources;
Organizing annual PR calendar and proposing relevant engagement initiatives
Developing and maintaining database of stakeholders (ICT experts, MPs, companies, VİPs and etc.), developing database of useful facts and figures , monthly expenditure reports /budget status;
Organizing company stands at Exhibitions
Responsible for timely, accurate and updated content of the Corporate part in the company website;
