Welding Specialist

Job responsibilities:

• Execute the Welding Plan System and welding plans
• Ensuring welding plans are compliant to health and safety requirements
• Arrange site quality procedures, manuals and reports
• Execute the welding tasks of a project or its parts including welding inspection schedules and the collection of quality records
• Supervise inspections, surveys, reports and the documentation issued by inspectors and collect and file the required documents
• Control the welding log of welders and Non Destructive Test.
• Assess all welding activities are carried out according to customer specifications and contract deviations are being reported
• Advise on implementation of relative corrective actions. Systematically record the nonconformity or event reports issued and identify and assess appropriate corrective actions
• Advise and reports on machinery maintenance

Qualification requirements:

• Education: Metallurgy / Non Destructive test certificates (MT,PT,UT etc..) 
• Experience requirements;  minimum 3 years  experience

Any other specific requirements:

• NDT Certificates PT,MT,UT
• Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
